Built for fleets that want to keep good drivers longer.

I work with trucking companies running 25 to 500 trucks, especially OTR, regional, and family‑owned operations. I partner with owners, VP Ops, and Safety/HR leaders who are tired of watching good drivers walk out the door while dispatch, operations, and recruiting keep paying the price.

Retention problems usually start long before a driver quits.

Most drivers do not leave over one bad day. They leave after too many days of feeling unseen, unheard, frustrated, or worn down. I help fleets address the human side of turnover by:

  • improving everyday driver–dispatcher communication

  • reducing tension in hard conversations

  • helping drivers handle the pressure of life on the road before it turns into a resignation

Practical support for fleets, leaders, and drivers.

  • Keynotes for company meetings, leadership retreats, safety summits, and industry events

  • Retention workshops and training for dispatch, operations, safety, and HR

  • Driver‑centered programs built around communication, trust, and support

  • Limited 1:1 support for drivers and others as part of deeper work with the company

I know this industry from the inside.

I’ve held a CDL since 1991 and spent more than 30 years behind the wheel in OTR, regional, and local roles. I know the pressure, the missed family moments, the burnout, and the strain that builds when drivers feel like nobody sees what the job is costing them. Now I use that experience to help trucking companies build cultures that keep good drivers and protect revenue.

Industry-informed and road-tested.

My work is built on real trucking experience, practical retention strategies, and a conviction that fleets keep drivers longer when they support both the person in the seat and the people in the office.

Let’s talk about your fleet.

If you’re serious about protecting revenue, improving retention, reducing surprise resignations, and creating calmer driver–dispatcher interactions, let’s start with a conversation. We can talk about a keynote, a workshop, or a retention program built around your operation—not a generic template.
